Roberto's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Roberto Feliciano, a beloved husband, brother, father, and friend. Born on May 3, 1966, Roberto left us too soon on July 30, 2023.
Roberto's life was a rich tapestry of love and dedication to his family and his work. His journey began with a challenging and rewarding career at Merck in 1984, where he met the love of his life, Sandra Olivo, two years later in 1986. The couple officially tied the knot in 1992 where their union was blessed with three wonderful sons, Jonael, Jesiel, and Jaddiel, born in 1993, 1996, and 1999 respectively. Roberto cherished every moment of fatherhood, and his sons were undoubtedly his greatest accomplishments. His routine was described by his sons as "Wake, Work, Baseball, Sleep, Repeat" throughout their childhood, as he encouraged their love for sports and work ethic.
Roberto was not only a father but also a mentor to many as his love for the sport allowed him to lead his youngest son's baseball team as the head coach in 2007. His love for baseball extended well beyond the field, his favorite team being the New York Mets. He brought fun and laughter everywhere he went, with a personality best described as funny, kind, and lighthearted.
In 2019, Roberto and his wife Sandra moved to Orlando, FL, to be closer to their sons. The following year brought more joy into Roberto's life as he became a proud grandfather to his first granddaughter, Jaliana. He delighted in spending time with his wife and children, enjoyed the music of M.A.N.A., and found comfort in watching his favorite movies, Pretty Woman and Face Off. Gray was his color of choice, despite his colorful personality, of which he exuded a youthful charisma that made anyone feel at ease around him.
Roberto's life was full of laughter and joy. He guided those around him to not take life too seriously and inspired them to embrace every moment. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
The funeral service for Roberto will be held on August 3, 2023, 10:30 AM at Funeraria San Juan Funeral Home in Kissimmee, (3189 S John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746). Followed by his burial at 2:30 PM at Evergeen Cemetery, County Rd 547, Davenport, FL 33837. His spirit will live on in the memories of those he leaves behind, his sisters, Leticia and Sandra Feliciano, his wife, Sandra Olivo, and their sons, Jonael, Jaddiel, and Jesiel Feliciano.
