Roberta Jacoubs (Coudrier) of Red Bank NJ passed away peacefully on August 31, 2020. Roberta was a lifelong resident of Monmouth County born at Fitkin Hospital (Jersey Shore) on April 26, 1941. Born to Mary Alice and George J Coudrier, Roberta grew up in Red Bank, attending St James and Red Bank High School graduating in 1960. Roberta met her husband Thomas Jacoubs and married on December 30, 1969. Roberta was a natural at math and bookkeeping and worked for the cash offices of Marshalls and Steinbacks, in between raising her daughters.

Roberta has two daughters Christina (Wicklund) of Shrewsbury, NJ and Alexandra (Standish) of Oxford, PA. Roberta lived a happy life in Red Bank and Long Branch. Roberta is predeceased by her husband Thomas who passed on February 13, 2012. Roberta has 4 grandchildren who she adored: Thomas Wicklund and Kyle Wicklund, Children of Christina and Michael, & Samantha Standish and Teddy Standish, Children of Alexandra and Kirk.

Roberta was a loving and supportive mother and grandmother (Mimi), who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren. Roberta was quiet, unassuming and proud of her family. Roberta lived a fulfilling and full life, she will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
