Background
Bob was immensely proud of his granddaughter, Ariana. From the moment she was born, she was the light of his life. He celebrated every milestone she achieved, especially her academic accomplishments, and made her promise to pursue and complete her college dreams. Although Ariana was fortunate to earn scholarships in her freshman year, Bob worried about the burden of student debt she would face in pursuing her passion for environmental science. If he could have done anything for her, he would have wished to cover her college expenses so she could begin her adult life free from financial worry.
