Born in London, England, he lived his childhood in England and Ireland, before coming to the USA in his teen years. He died on July 10, 2023 at the age of eighty-three from: respiratory arrest; ; cardiac arrest; and end stage heart failure. During his childhood in England, three of his family’s homes were bombed to the ground by the Germans. His family, thereafter, lived in “The Poorhouse” for a significant length of time, and …
