Very sad to hear this.  This man was a true leader through his strength in character.  He inspired those around him to greater heights.  His love for Carrie was absolutely unwavering and it was obvious that this was the most important aspect of his life.  He often shared stories about his family with  humor and a twinkle of the eye. His aptitude towards leadership set the example for the whole staff.  I'm a better man from working with him for a couple of years.  Intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, humorous, and a true leader in every sense of the word.  My thoughts and prayers to the family, especially Carrie who was the love of his life.
