Robert Sherman Vinyard Jr, 80, of St. Louis, MO passed away on January 9th 2026 fighting a courageous battle of dementia and diabetes. He is survived by his wife Betty F Vinyard, Son Robert K Vinyard, Son Kevin M Vinyard, Sisters Kathy Nicolay and Barbara  Chase, Grandchildren Justin Lockridge and Sydney Vinyard. He is proceeded in death by his parents Robert S Vinyard Sr, Mother Vera Vinyard, Sister Mary Brown and his son John J Vinyard. Robert was known for his love of cars and his love for his family. Robert was an iron foundry worker for 30 years and proudly served his country in the veitnam war. Roberts kindness, generosity and spirit touched the lives of many and will be missed by all that knew him.
