I can't believe it has been two years. The celebration of Bob's life was such a beautiful tribute to a man whose greatness showed through his love for family, friends, and the environment we all share. May we all be motivated to become better humans for having known Bob and benefitted from his and Maria's friendship or acquaintance. I am grateful his family lived a few houses down from my family for many years and that he and my brother became such close friends.  Love to you, Maria,  and your beautiful family.
I met Bob when I started as an assistant attorney general in 1975 under Charlie Roe at the Ecology Division.  Bob primarily was working on shoreline cases,  most of which presented novel issues.  He felt very strongly about enforcing  the statute and regulations, and brought a passion to his work and advice.  He also was a sensitive and supportive friend and colleague to all of us.  Bob Mack

Yolanda and I will be thinking of you and your family tomorrow. We were saddened by Bob's passing, but we have many great memories from our times together. We especially recall our days sharing a home in Bozeman, Montana and how Bob and Howard prepared a special surprise meal for their new brides. Campbell's beef stew from the can was delicious! We wish you healing and peace.
Bob was a very committed colleague and mentor when I started in the Ecology Division in 1975.  He and Maria were very thoughtful and kind friends (I still have her Spanish language cards somewhere in my basement).  Because of surgery I have scheduled at the end of August, unfortunately it is unlikely that I will be able to join his family and friends in September.  Bob Mack

Maria and family,

Love and prayers to you.  Bob was a great friend and colleague at the Attorney General's Office and encouraged me in my community service endeavors to follow in his footsteps as a local government elected official and Rotarian.

I was proud to carry on his work enforcing the Shoreline Management Act as an AAG and in private practice when Bob was on the PCHB/SHB.  Bob was a true gentleman and a scholar and he will be missed.

Maria --Very sad about losing a close friend and deeply committed environmental advocate.   Back when we were young we shared a lot of great times with you and Bob.  All remembered fondly.

Dear Maria and family, I was shocked and saddened to learn of Bob's death. Bob and I were strong work partners and roommates as Peace Corps Volunteers during our 2 years of service in Ecuador in the 1960s.  Our friendship has continued to the current days.

Maria, Susan and I wish you peace and strength during these difficult times.

Dear Maria, I’m so sorry to read of Bibs passing.  May the peace of Gid hold you close.

Dear Jensen Family,

Bob was a true friend and expression of his faith.  I am honored to have a summit of an Ecuadorian peak with him as a cherished memory that I have often reflected on.  He will be missed.

Bob was truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was always been very supportive of me and I have appreciated his generosity & caring for many years. Maria, we are thinking of you.

Dear Jensen family,

We are so sorry for your loss. Bob was a kind, loving man who made the world a better place thru his faith & deeds. My memories of Bob are his laughter & his love for Maria that was always on display.

We pray for comfort and peace for all of the family.
