Bob's obituary
Bob was born December 26, 1952 to Robert Sybil, Sr. and Earlene (Chestnut) Sybil in Auburn, Washington, one of 5 children. Bob was an entrepreneur throughout his lifetime, but also enjoyed his time as a long haul truck driver. When it was time to retire, Bob found a place he loved near the lake, but not too far from family.
Bob will be remembered for his quick wit and the fact that he never met a stranger. Bob was always quick to help a friend in need. He loved spending time floating in his pool or tinkering in his shop.
Bob is survived by his wife of 27 years, Rita Sybil; daughter Nancy Ragland and husband Daniel, of Crawford; daughter Robyn Adkins and husband Keith, of Ingram; son Toby Sybil, of Port Orchard, Washington; brother Don Sybil and wife Erma, of Sagle, Idaho; brother Larry Sybil; sister Sherrie Paulick and husband Mike, of Port Orchard, Washington; beloved nephew Jeff Sybil and wife Charlotte, of Sagle, Idaho, and son Dylan; beloved nephew Terry Sybil and wife Kyle, of Everett, Washington; and granddaughters Caitlin Ragland and Macayla Ragland.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Earlene and his sister, Carol Wickham.
A memorial celebration of Bob's life will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, 11:30AM, at Birch Creek Estates Community Center, intersection of Lake Drive and Hickory Trail, Somerville, Texas, with a luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
