It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Robert Mark Shepperd. Born on October 3rd, 1951, Mark's life was a testament to love, laughter, and compassion until his death on December 24th, 2023.

Mark loved the simple things in life. Whether it was taking a long drive, reading a Hercule Poirot novel, or watching football; he was always happy to share his experiences with his family. Mark loved the Ocean, often reminiscing about his favorite days in Ocean City with his son. Mark also loved sports and would be buzzing anytime he was able to see a game.

Mark leaves behind his son, Eric Shepperd, and his daughter, Sarah Anders, whose lives were enriched by their father's love and guidance. Mark was predeceased by his parents, Robert Shepperd and Anne Gerber. His absence will be felt profoundly by his family, but they take comfort in the rich treasury of memories he left behind.

As we bid farewell to Mark, we choose to celebrate his life and the joy he brought to those around him. His legacy of love, laughter, and caring survives, ensuring that his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.
