It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of our father, grandfather, husband, and friend, Robert Samuel Miller. He passed away at home on Friday, September 9, 2022, at the age of 78 years old. Known to everyone as Bob.

Bob was born in Fort Frances, Ontario on March 14, 1944. He moved to Hamilton, Ontario in the late 1960’s, settling back in Thunder Bay many years later. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Stewart Miller and Eleanor Marie Miller (nee Desrosiers); and his siblings, Beverley (Frank Buchanan), and Clarence Duane.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 24 years, Kathy; his 4 step-daughters: Candace (James Wilson), Shawna (Paul Speziale), Jodi and Carolyn; 17 step-grandchildren, and 3 step-great-grandchildren.

He is survived by previous wife, Maria Elena Miller (nee Villanoy); and will forever be remembered by their 5 daughters: Michelle, Lisa, Marsha (Chris Scott), Melanie (Pavan Seth) and Monica (JJ Filipovic); and 11 grandchildren. Bob is also survived by his son Robert A. Miller.

Funeral services were held at Harbourview Funeral Centre in Thunder Bay, on Tuesday, September 13, followed by cremation.
