Bob's obituary

Robert (Bob) Bradley Reis, 69, passed away unexpectedly on January 5, 2026. Born on March 9, 1956, in Pontiac, Michigan, Bob lived a life marked by dedication to his family, passion for his work, and a deep love for adventure.

Bob was the proud owner of Reis Construction, where he poured his energy and expertise into building not just structures but lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. His work ethic and commitment to excellence left a lasting impression on those who had the privilege of working with him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Stephanie, and their cherished son Blake. Bob was also a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend—roles he embraced with warmth and devotion. His presence brought strength and joy to those around him.

Bob was the son of Richard and Janet Reis. He was also a brother to Rick (Denise), Mark (Susan), Dawn (Jim) and Kevin (Amy). He leaves behind several nieces and nephews who will all dearly miss him.

Outside of work, Bob found happiness in the thrill of motorcycle racing and the serenity of water skiing and boating with his family. These passions reflected his adventurous spirit and love for life’s simple pleasures.

Bob touched the lives of many with his generosity, compassion, strength, and outgoing nature. He believed in living fully and sharing joy with others—a philosophy that guided both his personal life and professional endeavors.

In honor of his final wishes, a celebration of life will be held in place of a traditional funeral. As Bob prioritized finding joy in life and sharing it with others, the family asks that you do the same by joining them for this special gathering. A Celebration of Life will be held on January 17, 2026, from 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM at the American Legion. The address is 8047 Ortonville Rd, Clarkston, MI 48348.

May Bob's memory bring comfort to all who knew him and serve as a reminder to live each day with purpose and heart.
