Paul's obituary
Robert Paul Graham, age 89, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2024. He was a cherished father, grandfather, brother, husband, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Robert (Paul) was born on August 15, 1934, in Eagletown, Oklahoma, where he spent his formative years. He attended Southeastern University in Durant, Oklahoma. He was called to serve in the U.S. Army from June 1954 to June 1957 when he received an honorable discharge. He later became a skilled salesman at MHC Kenworth in Oklahoma. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work and dedication, spending 33 years at MHC Kenworth OKC before retiring.
More than anything, Paul was a devoted grandfather. He loved spending time with his granddaughters, playing outside with them, and making them toys. He was with them at every opportunity, cheering them on with pride.
In his free time, Paul enjoyed woodworking and landscaping. He was an active member of the Hillcrest Christian Church and spent many years there as the property chairman and deacon. Paul was a beloved member of the church, helping to care for it however he could, even playing Santa at a Christmas celebration.
Paul was preceded in passing by his daughter, Lisa Gay Graham, His mother, Odessa Marie Kemp, and father, Harold Bernard Graham.
Paul is survived by his sister, Judy Boyd; his loving wife of 66 years, Carlene Sue Graham; his son, Paul Bret Graham; his nieces and nephews, his grandchildren Haley Graham and Brenna LaGrange; and his great-grandchild, Emery LaGrange. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
