He is survived by his father, Robert Allan Palmer, Sr., and step-mother Mary Ann Palmer; sister, Penny Anderson and husband David; niece, Megan Anderson Sharfe and husband Evan Sharfe; nephew, Stewart Anderson and wife Maricela Varela; and, grand-niece, Valentina Anderson.
