MILLS, ROBERT ELLIS "Robby", 52, passed away Saturday, May 1st, 2021 at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Mills and brother Darrell Milligan.
He leaves behind a large and loving family including his partner, Susan Ireland; his two children, Nicholas and Lacie Ballenger; his grandson, Daniel Fletcher; his mother, Pamela Kay Ward; his step-mother, Angie Mills; his siblings David Mills, Jerri Kay Mills Radabaugh (Jeff), Kaen …
