Robert Koenig Jr., 61, of Brook Park, Ohio, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025. A master plumber for over 40 years, Robert was the owner of RK / Koenigs Plumbing. 

He shared his life with his partner, Sherri Koenig. Robert was a devoted father to Robert Koenig III, Gabrielle Kives (Alex), and Christopher Koenig, and a cherished grandfather to Lilliana, Finn, Reid, Rae, Ava, and Robert IV.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Koenig Sr. and Linda “Tippie” Koenig. He is survived by his siblings Carolyn Lewis, Candace Thaxton (Kevin), Jamie, Brian, Michael (Angela Rock, partner), and Kathy Corrigan (Jeff), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family who will continue to carry his memory forward.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Rosemary Tyhulski, a treasured friend, for her support and care during Robert’s final months.

Robert will be remembered not only for his commitment to his trade but also for his loyalty, sense of humor, and love for those around him. A private celebration of life will be held by the family to honor the man who meant so much to so many.
