I was very sad to hear about Bob’s passing.  We knew each other in High School although he was a senior when I was a Freshman. We had just moved from Oklahoma to Goleta (1979) where my Dad (Ted) started a new position at InfoMag working under Bob’s Dad, Jack. We got to know Bob’s Family and were so gracious to us being the “New Kids on the Block” . Rest well, Bobby…what an accomplished life you lived! Prayers of comfort to your Family.

Bob was in our lives since I was 7 years old our families were intertwined. I got a Advisor, Friend and Brother. We stayed close over the years but when he consulted on my misdiagnosed report in 97 he saved My life. Bob and I started talking more in 97 and never stopped almost every week we spoke , blood didn't matter he became My brother. I will miss the Stories, the consulting, the advice, the guidance, The HUMOR, our mutual love of Sci Fi, the talks, the drives in the backwoods in conversations that will always be ours alone, Thank You for trusting me. And most for your unconditional love towards us. You were there when I thought my existence was over and you let me be an ear for you in your hard times. You were such a very large part of our lives for so very long I could write for hours But instead I'll end this the way we ended Every call/ talk or hug "I Love you My Brother"
