As I write this, my eyes fill with tears for the memories of his laughter, kindness and love for humanity fills my heart. I have known Terry since the 1st day of 7th grade. I was scared and felt lonely on that day for I was transplanted from NY. Terry was the first to greet me with that warm smile and infectious laugh. After high school, our lives had taken different paths; however, we tried our best to stay in contact. In every conversation, I was touched to hear the proudness in his voice as he talked about each member of his family. I was honored to know such a man like Terry that enhanced my life. Though I am living in Florida now and unable to attend, please know that my heart is there . Please note that my prayers and thoughts are with you. May his memories embrace and hold you close now.
