Robert Eugene Hugo 82 passed away on Oct. 13, 2020 in Decatur, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and his former first wife. He is survived by his son and firstborn Timothy Robert Hugo of Bakersfield, California along with one sister Mickey Hargis of Decatur, Illinois of the immediate original Hugo Family. May Our Lord bless the wonderful memories of the immediate original Hugo Family, as "Families are Forever," as God designed from the beginning .
