A bunch of Thanksgiving turkeys
I worked as an RN with Dr. Gibson from 1983-2013. He was so well loved and respected by his patients and colleagues. He was born in the same town as my father in law was fun to talk to him about the Shenandoah Valley. He was so very kind, charitable and extra special. I am so sorry for his family and society at large. He will be missed and his legacy will remain in my heart.

I was a brand new nurse on the cardiology unit when I met Dr. Gibson. He was calm, compassionate and always willing to teach. I moved to the ER years later, and Dr. Gibson would come see our patients and he always remembered me, we would talk about the "old" times.
