Robert (Bob) Edward Hines, 81, passed away in the early hours of January 2, 2023. Bob was born May 8, 1941 to Robert Glen Hines and Helen (Oliver) Stahl. Bob attended Scecina Memorial High School in Indianapolis before spending a year at St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, then joined the Air Force.
