Amy, we thank the Lord for bringing you and Bob into our lives as soon as we started attending Saddleback, right when the four of us became the founding members of the Small Group. What a joy to see the group grow in size, grace, and Christian maturity! After a couple of years, it was such a blessing for us to see Bob (you too Amy) start to lead some of the Bible studies, and we were always so inspired by what Bob shared and his deep spiritual questions. We will never forget our incredibly special friend, Bob, and how he oozed with love, generosity and a sense of humor that kept us in stitches. Indeed, a friend who was like the thread knitting people together.

Bob has now graduated from his earthly life to His Heavenly life, and no doubt the party for him will still be going on. While we grieve his loss and can`t imagine your pain right now, Amy and family, we have comfort knowing that your saddest day became Bob`s happiest as he was indeed promoted to Glory!

The heavens have received a great Angel.  Bob was one of the nicest guys that have lived on this earth.   He was a great friend and mentor in business to me and my family.   I was so blessed to know this man and his family and work with them for many years.  Amy and family I am so sorry for your loss, we are all heartbroken 💔 with you.   May the good lord wrap his arms around you all and comfort you in your loss.   God Bless

Bob was a one of a kind man!! In may ways he was like a second dad to me. He was the kind of guy who would help anyone of his friends if ever needed. The kind of guy who you could call to meet you in the woods at 2am with a shovel and he would be there no questions asked!! One of the coolest dudes I’ve ever known!! I know how hard this is for my best friend Troy and all the family. Stay strong Troy, Heather and Amy and Family. Bob is in a great place now and will always be watching over all of us!!
