Robert Lee Dye passed away peacefully at home on May 13, 2025, at the age of 93.
Born in Sioux City, Iowa, to 16 year old Nora Goldsborough and Ray Dye, Bob spent his early years on a farm raised by his grandparents. After leaving high school, he joined the U.S. Navy and proudly served as a seaman during the Korean War for four years. Following his military service, he worked for Douglas Aircraft and …
