Background
The sudden and unexpected loss of my father Robert Doty was a tragic event that could have been prevented, and our family is now grieving the loss of an extraordinary individual. He was a devoted Veteran, father, brother, son, and friend to everyone, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of many. Regrettably, his life was cut short due to the reckless actions of a driver who struck him while he was crossing the street in his wheelchair, rather than his ongoing medical issues. We will always cherish the memories of the light he brought into this world and the numerous lives he touched. Unfortunately, death brings expenses, and we intend to honor our father's request to be cremated. Any assistance in laying our father to rest would be deeply appreciated. His passing was unexpected, and we are still grappling with the loss. We will forever love and miss him.
