Robert's obituary

Our family sadly announce   the passing of Robert "Bob" Donahue, who departed this world on August 26, 2023. Born on July 31, 1949, Robert enriched the lives of many during his time on earth.

Robert is survived by his devoted spouse, Judith Donahue,  daughter, Jennifer Bosivert,  daughter, Katlyn Donahue, son Michael Donahue, grandson Bobby and great grandson Beckett . His departure leaves a void our hearts, a testament to his loving nature and the deep bonds he forged with his family.

A commemorative event for Robert will take place on December 9, 2023, at 10:30 am at  St Mary of the Sea, 253 Cabot St,  Beverly, Ma

Where we honor  his life and remember the joy and  pleasures in life. 

He enjoyed the savory taste of turkey and traditional family stuffing, and a glass of Oban scotch was his preferred refreshment. An ardent fan of the television show Outlander, and a loyal supporter of the Boston Redsock’s, he held a passion for sailing, hiking and fishing with his son, whether in sport or storytelling.

Robert enjoyed spending his free time sailing, fishing with his son, watching movies, and spending precious moments with daughters. When he could, he loved hiking as a way to stay fit and appreciated the serene beauty of nature. He loved the paradise-like atmosphere of Hawaii and cherished his local spots, where he indulged in sailing, fishing, and hiking.

Robert was a passionate advocate for Drop Foot Research, revealing his caring nature and sense of responsibility to society. His favorite color was red, reflecting his vibrant, energetic personality. His character was best described as witty, kind, and giving. He was a fountain of wisdom, sharing the lessons he learned from developing Dental Implants.

Robert's greatest accomplishments were his children, grandson, and great grandson. His family served as a testament to his loving, nurturing spirit. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him, particularly his family and friends. Robert's memory will live on in the hearts of all those he touched with his kindness and generosity.
