It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Robert David Bahr, age 70, of Milwaukee, WI who passed away on September 3rd, 2025.

Robert was born on July 14th, 1955 in La Crosse, WI to Bonnie and Harold Bahr. He grew up in New Berlin, WI and attended New Berlin High School. Robert moved to Milwaukee, WI in 1980 and started his career as a welder at P&H Mining. Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR racing, baking and attending festivals with family and friends.

Robert will be remembered for his kindness, humor, strength, love for animals and dedication to his family. Robert was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew him.

Robert is survived by his former wife, Brenda Bahr and their children Elizabeth Brince, Amy Szyjakowski, and Joseph Bahr. Further survived by Grandchildren Hailey, Melanie, Myles, Olivia, Charleigh, Sister, Sandra Bednarek, Brother Michael Bahr and Pitbull Brutus. He was preceded in death by Father Harold Bahr, Mother Bonnie Bahr, Brothers Gene Bahr, Terry Bahr and English Bulldog George.

A private celebration of life will be shared with family and friends at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN) and/or the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC).
