Robert was predeceased by his parents Mary and Ralph Costa, Brothers Ralph and Gene Costa, Sister Eleanor Sullivan, Son Robert Costa, and Grandchildren Rick and Robert Costa.
Robert was born on September 1, 1936 in Glassboro, New Jersey. He was the loving husband of Rosetta Costa who passed just 5 days after him also due to complications from Covid-19. He had a love and passion for cars which started from his family owning and operating a gas station in Glassboro, New Jersey. His love for cars grew so much he entered the Auto Industry starting in sales and working his way through management for over 50 years. Robert's hobbies always included lawn work, washing and waxing his vehicles, as well as enjoying all his time with his "Rosie" in which they were inseparable for 62 years. Robert loved the "It's A Small World" in Disney world as he would always have to ride it on his visits. He moved from New Jersey to South Carolina only to end up at his last stop in the Sunshine State of Florida.
Robert loved his family immensely and spent as much time with them as possible. He was a simple and quiet man, but had the biggest heart in the world. His smile would light e a room and he never looked a day over 60. He had those great Italian genes. His Granddaughter, Desire Puglia was able to spend his last moments with him and he wanted her to let everyone he loved them so much and he was ready to walk the Golden Streets of Heaven with Jesus.
