Celebrating the Life of Robert Lee Campbell

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Robert Campbell, who left this world on June 29, 2024, surrounded by love. Born on February 23, 1955, Robert was a devoted husband, father, son-in-law, father-in-law, grandpa, friend, boss, and "cat daddy." He was also one of the kindest souls one could ever meet.
Robert bravely fought stage 4 lung cancer for almost two years. Despite undergoing numerous tests, his diagnosis of Leptomeningeal Metastases (LM) came only in the final days. Though his battle was fierce, he faced it with the same strength and grace that defined his life.
Beyond his resilience, Robert was a man of passion and joy. He found happiness on the golf course and in the camaraderie of his pool league. Whether it was sharing a laugh, offering a helping hand, or simply being present, he left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
Per his wishes, no formal services were held immediately after his passing. However, to honor his memory, a Celebration of Life will take place on what would have been his 70th birthday, February 23, 2025, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Details regarding the location and time will be shared with family and friends in due course.
In honor of Robert’s memory, we ask that you cherish every moment, be kind to one another, and hold your loved ones close—just as he always did.
His presence will be deeply missed, but his love and legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
