Robert C. Boxley, Sr 60, of Dolton, IL, passed away on January 12th 2022 after a battle with a terminal illness.


Robert was born on September 14th 1961 to Clarence and Gladys Boxley in Chicago. After graduating from Fenger High School in 1978, he went on to study carpentry. He landed his first job as a carpenter for Boxley Builders as a contractor.

Robert married Andrea Parker in 2019 and together they guided for 10 children.

Robert was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of each of his children.


Robert was also a passionate carpenter and could often be found repairing things when he wasn’t at work. 

 Anyone who knew Robert knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for.
