Robert Charles Blevins, known to many as Charley, was born July 1954, and grew up in Greeley Hill, California as one of four siblings. He went to Mariposa County High School, and graduated in 1972. Later, he moved to the Modesto and Riverbank area, later meeting his wife and partner of 46 years, Sandra Blevins around 1979. He worked as a machine mechanic and welder for 30 years in the Modesto area, and could get …
