My deepest condolences to Lu, Tommy & Luke. Rocky was a great friend and mentor to me. Taught me so much about paving, jobsite logistics and how to have fun!! He was a larger-than-life personality who filled up every room he entered. He turned me on the Buddy Guy and I saw him for the first time at the original "Legends" with Rocky. It was a great night that I'll never forget. Rest in Peace my friend. Your legacy will live on forever, as will my wonderful memories of many good times we shared together.

For me, Rocky will always be my standard bearer - I will forever compare people I meet or work with, in construction, to Rocky.  I miss him every day.
