Buck, as we called him in college at WNEC, we stayec in touch on these years. I went to his parents house in Demerest, he came down to SC with me one Easter from college, My family and young kids had dinner with his when I took a job in Ramsey in 1988, he came and visited and stayed here in Dalzell, he and I were best of college friends. We drove from WNEC to Boston in 1976 to ride bicycles all around Cambridge for the 200th celebration of Our freedom ans stayec up late to watch the reinactment of Paul Revere’s ride at that exact place.
When a hurricane came through St. Pete about this time lady year, I told him to come back here to my home in Dalzell to stay out of dangers way and he spent a week here. He told me about his health, bragged about he and I always stayed in touch after more than 50 years from our college days, how his kids playec with mine when they rode bikes, so young in NJ. I texted and called him through out this past year. I had to finally find why he didnt text or call me back. We were long time friends, brothers and I just found this because I knew something was not right.
My heart is full, it hurts for you all, and I cant believe my beloved friend for most of my entire life, has passed on. I love you Buck. My family did too.
