I'm his grandaughter and losing him was like losing a peace of my heart.
Gayle and I became friends after attending nursing school together. She and Bob would babysit my middle son Isaiah sometimes.  The fact that my husband trusted them both spoke volumes. He would rarely let anyone keep his kids. Isaiah would love to climb into Bob's lap and play with him.... I will never forget when me and my family were in a serious car accident on FM 78 late one night. My brain was foggy and I was in pain from the accident and did not know who to call.  Bob came and picked my family up and took them home. My husband and I will always be grateful for the support and love that Bob has given to our family. Gayle, you are in our thoughts and prayers! Psalm 73:26  My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the rock and strength of my heart and my portion forever

I met Robert and Gayle when they first came to Christian World ,they served in every department.Robert always showed love, compassion and helped in any way they could.Robert loved on everyone that entered the church. Just to name a few things I bought a lawn mower and Robert picked it up for me and dropped it at my house,he was a  great  help to my son and daughter in-law, before they got married and was going through separation, they took my daughter in law in and ministered to her and my son until they got it together and were married. He and Gail were such a beautiful example of a Christian and Godly Marriage

Robert will be greatly missed ❤️
