Thank you so much for everyone's love and support during this difficult time. Losing Rob has been very difficult.
Dad is a direct influence on my life, has always been a positive and steadfast support, during my 50 years being his daughter and I know will continue to be influenced for the rest of my time here.

I feel so lucky to have experienced half a century of his love. It is quite something to be on the receiving end of such genuine unconditional flow of love. I still feel it absolutely wholeheartedly and received with open hands the final drops as we spent the last part of his life together in a summery south of france. His excitement for research and discovery every part as evident and strong, while I sat on the edge of his bed and shared the writeup for a book I had come across - which turned out to be a meaningful step in the research towards my thesis. He said' Oh wow this the kind of book you sit down with a glass of red wine and enjoy!' as I read the summary out loud to him and showed him the cover.
