Rizza Eugena "Lenlen" de los Reyes, 44, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on November 23, 2022 after a fierce battle with Cancer.

Rizza Eugena was born on the 10th of May, 1978 to Jose Rizalino Go and Fe Go in the City of Manila, Philippines. After graduating High School from Holy Rosary School of Pardo in 1995, she went on to study Nursing at Cebu City Medical Center.

After graduation in 1999, she landed her first job as a Registered Nurse at Siemens Hospital. She later on became a Level 3 Clinical Nursing Instructor specializing in Operating Room at Cebu City Medical Center for 9 years. 

In 1999, she met Seigfred de los Reyes, and they wed in March 2001, going on to have four children, Lance Pierre, Seigrid Frances Marie, Jaden Mikel and Antoine Jose.

When Rizza Eugena had Lance, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Rizza Eugena excelled at propping up her family and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. 

On January 2009, her husband passed away and on August of the same year, she was diagnosed with Glomerulonephritis, a kidney disease that she battled with the rest of her life.   Even with her condition, she made it her mission to improve the lives of others.

Rizza Eugena was a passionate teacher and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found surrounded by many friends and family. We will miss her greatly.

Rizza Eugena was predeceased by her husband, Seigfred. She is survived by her children: Lance, Seigrid, Jaden and AJ, her parents: Jose Rizalino and Fe, and her siblings: Kristine, Catherine, Jose Rizalino Jr., and Jose Paolo. 

The family requests prayers and post photos and memories to the remembrance of her on this website. There will be a memorial mass at the 3rd of December, 2022 at Our Lady of the Mount, Honolulu Hawaii.
