On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Wife, River, peacefully passed away into God's eternal embrace after a brief yet faithful battle with a heart attack. Throughout her life, River exemplified the spirit of a true warrior, facing challenges with strength and resilience. She leaves behind a legacy of love and inspiration that will forever remain in our hearts.
River graced this world for 65 beautiful years, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. Her unwavering love and kindness touched many, forging bonds of friendship and family that will endure through time.
As we celebrate River's life, we are comforted by the knowledge that she is now reunited with her loving Mother, Father, Son, and Granddaughter who preceded her in passing. Their spirits, along with River's, will continue to watch over us, offering guidance and comfort in our times of need.
River's final resting place will be at the Heritage Burial Park at South Lakes in Oklahoma City. A special spot has been chosen, a place where her memory will be honored and cherished. River's wishes for cremation will be carried out, as she embarks on her eternal journey.
In honor of River's vibrant life, a celebration will be held at the Heritage Burial Park once her monument is erected. This monument will stand as a testament to her enduring spirit and the love she shared with everyone around her.
