Born at First Street, Glace Bay, ., Nova Scotia ON CA on the 13th day of November, 1917.
Predeceased by her husband, James Tully Meek. Predeceased by many sisters and 2 brothers.
Rita leaves her 5 children:
Sandra Mary Frances Smith ( Glen); James Tully Meek ( Patricia Ross). Catherine Ann Meek; Gary John Meek ( Jean Malyon ). Gordon William Meek ( Brenda Harriman).
Rita also leaves her grandchildren: Paul, Charmaine, and Justin; Jeffery and Tina; Heather, Andrew, and Alison; Kelly, Kari and Jodi; Kristen and Sean ; and Dorian. Also many great Grandchildren.
