It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rigoberto "Rigo" Garcia on December 12, 2023. Rigo was born on September 2, 1942 and throughout his 81 years, lived a life defined by perseverance, joy, and deep love for his family. Although Rigo will be sorely missed, his spirit lives on in his cherished granddaughter great grand daughter, Jocelynne Hidalgo.
