In loving memory of our father, SSGT Ricky "Rick" Mullins Sr, who passed away on January 04, 2023, and was survived by his mother Alice L. Mullins. SSGT Mullins was preceded in death by his father Francis Mullins and baby sister Debbie-Sue Mullins.
