Background
On October 13th, 2021, Ricky Joe was found and declared deceased by law enforcement due to suicide. However, new information has become known that suggests a potential homicide. Unfortunately, Ricky was buried two years ago, and no autopsy was performed. In order to rule out or prove homicide, his body must be exhumed and a private autopsy performed. Law enforcement has closed his case. Therefore, private investigators will be needed.
