Rick believed in living life to its fullest. He was gentle, kind, and always had a smile.  He was a friend to everyone, and always mindful and considerate of others, who faced life's challenges with grace and a quiet strength, tempered by his unique sense of humor. Seeing the pictures of him and Carmen bring back so many memories of how special both of them were to so many. My deepest condolences to Jessica and Erica and the rest of the family.

I have a lot of good memories of the times I spent with Rick and Carmen.   They were special people.  Jessica and Ericka were fortunate to have such wonderful parents.   Rick is now  at peace and is with the love of his life,  He will be missed but let's remember to smile because he was here.

Rick was a dear friend to me through high school. Like me, he loved cars. I always remember as he drove a Pontiac Lemans and also a White 390 67 Mustang. Both were in perfect condition , always washed & detailed. Rick was humble, and wonderful friend to all . He had class! We lost contact over the years except at Manual reunions. 

Soon after college, I left Indianapolis, and regret not keeping in touch. 

Rick was a believer, his strong faith gives him a  great seat in heaven and we will see him again there. I pray God  gives you peace knowing he is home with Jesus! We will Miss you Rick.
