Richard's obituary

Richard Keith Wildeboor, known to many as Rick, passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on July 26, 1963, in Port Huron, MI, he most recently resided in Willow Springs, MO.

Rick was a man of many passions, with a special love for watching sports and enjoying a cold beer. He was a proud former bar owner, having run Dino's Nashville, where he was known as the greatest bartender anyone could hope for. Rick's zest for life was matched only by his dedication to his family. He had a distinguished career, having served in the Marine Corps, where he earned an honorable discharge. His time playing football at Oklahoma University alongside Billy Simms remains a cherished memory.

Rick's accomplishments extended beyond his professional life. He found fulfillment working in a group home, where he made a meaningful impact on the lives of others. As a devoted family man, Rick took great pride in being a loving father to his daughter, Cassandra Miley, and a doting grandfather to his grandchildren: Kairi Miley and, Rya and Nubia Jackson. He was deeply affected by the loss of his grandson, Sora Miley, who preceded him in death.

Rick is survived by his wife, Linda Wildeboor, whom he married in 1991 and again in 2024. He also leaves behind his brothers, Kenneth ( Lia ) and Jim (Lisa) Woodard, as well as his niece Brenda Coon ( Robert) and great nephews and niece: Kent, Trevor Cross, and Brailynn Coon. He also leaves his father Neil Wildeboor and father and mother in law Leo and Karen Natt, but was predeceased by his mother, Doria Wildeboor.

Known for his sharp sarcasm, quick wit, and warm heart, Rick was the embodiment of a loving family man who cherished his role as a great uncle and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A small gathering will be held in memoriam on August 31, 2024. Time and Location to be determined. Please contact the immediate family for further details.

Anyone whom would like to donate towards Rick's final costs are encouraged to do so via the gofund.me that was set up by Dino's Nashville's new ownership.
