With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Mr. Richard Starr, who was called to eternal rest on October 8, 2025. Richard, born on May 17, 1949, was a beacon of light for his family and friends, embodying the true meaning of kindness and love in every aspect of his life.

Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Stephanie Starr; their devoted son, Anthony Starr; and his cherished grandchildren, Kenzie Starr and Benjamin Starr. His family was his greatest treasure and he instilled in them the values of responsibility and compassion which he carried throughout his life.

Richard's life was a testament to his character. His spirit was marked by kindness, which was a significant part of his personality. Those who were fortunate to know Richard felt his warm, loving nature, leaving a lasting impression on their hearts.

He successfully created a strong family bond, filled with unyielding love, understanding, and respect for each other.
