Dick's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard "Dick" Schulte on May 5, 2025. Born on August 21, 1948, Dick leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Dick was a man of few words, yet his quiet kindness spoke volumes. His actions always spoke louder than his words, as he approached life with positivity, humility and love. His family and countless friends admired him for his gentle nature, which left an indelible imprint on all who knew him.

One of his greatest accomplishments was his loving marriage to Sam, with whom he raised three wonderful children. He is survived by his daughters, Ann McGregor and Chris Carroll, and son Joe Schulte. The love and guidance he lavished on them are the cornerstone of the strong, successful people they have become.

He gave his family the truest form of wealth – time, attention, and unconditional love. His lessons of humility, kindness, and the importance of family have left an indelible mark that will continue to guide them in the years ahead.

Dick's life will be commemorated in a burial service to be held on August 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St Pius X Catholic Church. His family welcomes all who loved Dick and Sam to join them in celebrating his wonderful life and sharing in their sorrow at his passing.

In his memory, may we all strive to live out the values he embodied by showing kindness in our interactions, valuing family above all else, and finding joy in the simplicity of life.
