Richard 'Dick' Romanowski, age 90, of Glendale, AZ joined his lord & savior on November 4, 2023.  He was born on December 31, 1932, in Fort Wayne, IN.

Richard was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.  He is survived by his son Todd (Amanda) Romanowski, daughter Julia Romanowski-Valente, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Jeanette Romanowski, brothers, Michael, and  Benny (Lorraine) Penkle, and his wife of 69 years, Donna.

Outside of his life long love for dogs, his interests changed as he got older.  When his children were young he enjoyed snowmobiling and boating  with them.  He also enjoyed barefoot waterskiing while smoking a cigar.  Once he had grandchildren he enjoyed taking them for trips in his RV and cruising across the Atlantic to explore Europe with his wife Donna.  In his later years he enjoyed volunteer work for St John’s Lutheran Church and taking orders from Donna.
