Richard Charles Robinson, 56, Herrin, IL, passed away on November 12, 2023, in Port Charlotte, FL. He was born on September 27, 1967, in Carbondale, IL, to Rosamary Robinson and the late Charles Robinson.

Richard was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his children Richie Robinson and his wife Crissy, Lacey Garro and her husband Andrew, and his cherished grandchildren Ava, Bria, Brock, Michael, Jude, and Heath. He was also a beloved brother to Jodie Robinson, Jerri and Dan Hart, and Jamie Robinson-Melcher and Michael Melcher.

In his free time, Richard enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, and fishing. These hobbies allowed him to embrace the outdoors and find joy in the simple pleasures of life. Richard had a zest for life and made the most of every moment.

A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Pyle Funeral Home in Johnston City with Pastor Robbey Smith officiating.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
