Richard “Rick” D. Rice, age 71 of Boscobel, passed away at home peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, December 29, 2025, still in the glow of Christmas lights, and the warmth of the cheer he so lovingly spread during his favorite season. Rick was born on November 18, 1954 in Boscobel, son of the late Douglas and Helen (Helms) Rice, and graduated from Wauzeka High School in 1972. He and Mary Marx …
