Richard was known to many as a car guy. He was a very talented fabricator and auto painter who had a passion for drag racing. Richard loved fishing just as much as cars and loved cooking up his catch of the day.  Richard graduated from Osceola High School and went on to St. Petersburg State Technical University to study Culinary Arts. He was an amazing chef. Richard is survived by his 4 daughters. Sharon, Carla, Kayla and Amelia. His brother Patrick (wife Jacqueline). His sister Melissa Tackett (husband Robert). 2 Neice's, Lacey and Jolene and 3 nephews, Robert III, Michael, Cayden, cousin Tonya Harrelson and many family and friends. Richard was very loved and will be missed dearly. He is proceeded in death by his mother and grandparents.
