Richard Andrew Parmer, 19, entered into eternal rest on November 29, 2024 in Harlingen, Texas. He was born in Harlingen, Texas on December 2, 2004 to Kristal Marie Parmer (Cartwright).

He leaves behind mother, Kristal Marie Parmer and stepfather, Thomas Niman; sister, Celeste (Chance) McLain ; brother, Robert Parmer; maternal grandparents, Richard and Lidia Cartwright; aunts and uncles, Andrew (Stacey) Cartwright, Lorissa (Erik) Taylor, and Jennifer (Dustin) Mclain. He is also survived by numerous cousins, family, and friends.

Richard was a proud graduate of Harlingen High School, Class of 2023. He was an avid music lover and was a member of the Harlingen High School Show Choir, Band, tennis team, and the Cards for Christ organization. Richard loved to make people laugh and smile. He wanted nothing more than to help others. He was a bright, warm soul who will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

A Celebration Of Life will take place on Saturday, December 14th, at 6 PM. The event will take place at Harlingen Seventh Day Adventist Church at 20811 Montezuma Rd, Harlingen, TX 78550.

Cremation will take place at Val Verde Crematory in Donna, Texas.
