Richard D. Oates, of Casselberry, FL passsed away on Monday, January 29, 2023.
He was born in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada on July 17, 1954. Rick’s biggest accomplishment was becoming a dad. He was dedicated to his children, never missing life’s biggest moments, showing up to every sporting event, graduation, challenging time, birthday and special celebrations.
