Richard Blia Tou Moua was born on April 2, 1960. He was born in Laos to his parents Nao Cha Moua and Paj Thao. Richard departed this earthly life on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

Richard is survived by his wife Jennifer of 23 years, daughter Linda, daughter Amanda, two loving grandchildren and extended family. Richard was a loving husband, grandfather and friend to

all.

Richard loved being a mechanic and handyman for 30+ years until he was forced to stop due to illness. He enjoyed building projects, cooking delicious meals and spending quality time with his friends and family. He was always there to lend a helping hand 

While Richard left us far too soon, the impact he had on our family will be felt for years to come. A private funeral will be held for him on January 7th - 8th.
